Dr. Nasser is a native of Shreveport, was raised in the Broadmoor area of town and graduated from Jesuit High School (Loyola College Prep). He received his B.S. Degree from LSU-Shreveport (’79) and spent the following six years in school in New Orleans where he was awarded his dental degree (’83) and specialty certificate in orthodontics (’85) from LSU School of Dentistry. He is in private practice and on staff at LSU Medical Center, currently holding the title of Assistant Clinical Professor. He has lectured to various organizations and schools throughout Shreveport and Bossier, covering orthodontics and the overall importance of oral health. In March of 1991, he became a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Currently, less that 25% of all orthodontists in the United States and Canada are Board Certified.
